Description
The prototype
After the two world wars, numerous army locomotives found their way to German narrow gauge lines. Often, tender locomotives were used, as the additional coal and water capacity was necessary to cover the long distances found on these lines.
The LGB model
The model is equipped with two motors, one in the locomotive and one in the tender, giving it extraordinary power. Many details, numerous separately cast boiler fittings and the characteristic narrow smoke stack give this little locomotive the typical look of the engines that pulled short trains across the vast agricultural plains of eastern Germany.
This Locomotive is in Excellent condition c/w Box.
